WHAT is Fencify?

Fencify is fence estimating, quoting, and contracting software built for U.S. fence contractors and material suppliers. Installation teams move from project setup and takeoff to proposal and contract; wholesale teams move from quote to order. Fencify models fence-specific products and assemblies—gates, posts, panels, and multiple material families—and applies each company’s catalog, labor, and pricing rules. It helps estimators produce consistent material lists, job costs, proposals, shop drawings, and supplier quotes without relying on spreadsheets or a generic CRM. Fencify can connect with existing back-office tools; individual integrations and availability vary by customer and rollout stage.

What does Fencify do?

Fencify supports two fence-specific workflows. Installation contractors set up the customer and project, draw the layout on a canvas or Google Maps, select materials and specifications, calculate the bill of materials, labor, equipment, and job costs, then generate a branded proposal and convert accepted work to a contract. Wholesale suppliers build material quotes from their catalog, apply customer-specific pricing, and convert accepted quotes to orders. Both workflows can produce material lists and shop drawings from the same company-specific data.

Who is Fencify for?

Fencify is built for growing U.S. fence contractors and material suppliers that need consistent estimating across people, materials, and customer types. It is especially useful for multi-material contractors with two or more estimators and suppliers managing customer-specific catalogs and pricing. Smaller operators can still use Fencify, but its greatest value appears when spreadsheet-based quoting, inconsistent pricing, or duplicated data starts costing time and margin.

What makes Fencify different from a CRM or field-service app?

Generic CRM and field-service systems organize customers, schedules, and invoices. Fencify focuses on the fence-specific estimating work those systems usually leave outside the workflow: layouts, footage, terminations, gates, posts, panels, material assemblies, labor, and company-specific pricing rules. It can complement an existing back-office system instead of requiring a fence company to rebuild its entire operating stack.

How much does Fencify cost?

Fencify starts at $50 per user per month for teams of 1–9. Teams of 10 or more receive custom discounted pricing. A one-time setup fee covers onboarding and configuration of the company’s customer and product data. See the Pricing page or schedule a demo for the current plan and setup details.

Who makes Fencify?

Fencify was founded by Steve Gumlaw and is built with working fence contractors — the estimating logic comes from how real fence companies price real jobs, from residential vinyl to commercial chainlink and agricultural fencing.
