End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Fencify regarding your use of the Fencify application and related services (“Software”).

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

• Use the Software for unlawful purposes.

3. Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights belong to Fencify.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fencify be liable for damages arising from the use of the Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement.
